
Kathmandu, April 15: The Nepali Congress has decided to seek seven-day clarification from its former Vice President Purna Bahadur Khadka.
A meeting of the NC Disciplinary Committee held today took such action against Khadka, citing he had carried out activities on April 13 against the party statute using party's letterhead.
Earlier, the Committee had decided to reprimand leader Khadka, saying he had issued press release using party letterhead on March 28.
Similarly, the decision was taken to extend the deadline till May 14 to file complaints against those who violated discipline acting against the party's statute in the election to the House of Representatives held on March 5.
