President Bhandari expresses gratitude for the support during her tenure

President Bidya Devi Bhandari expressed gratitude to the government, political parties, government employees and Nepali citizens for their support during her tenure of seven years.

Addressing the joint meeting of the Federal Parliament on Friday, President Bhandari also thanked the media for their support.

She said, ‘I express my sincere gratitude to the government, political parties, civil servants, well-wishers, the media and the mediapersons and the general Nepali citizens who have supported throughout.’

President Bhandari said the mechanisms of all three levels of government should be committed to fulfill the aspirations of the Nepali people towards prosperity and development.
