Protesters torched the car of Physical Infrastructure and Transport Minister Prakash Jwala in Balkumari, Lalitpur.
On Friday, youths protesting the Employment Permit System (EPS) examination set fire to vehicle with the registration number Ba 2 Jha 5861 on the Ring Road.
DIG Kadayat confirmed, "The agitating youths set the vehicle on fire. We have arrested five of them. The Minister has been rescued and sent to the Singha Durbar safely."
A group of youths has been gathering and protesting in front of the EPS office at Gwarko, Lalitpur from today morning, he said.
