Dharan (Sunsari), May 22: President of the Nepali Congress, Gagan Kumar Thapa, has viewed the amendment of constitution is a serious issue, so it warrants a mature approach.
In his address to a provincial gathering of the party leaders and cadres at Laukahi of Sunsari district on Friday, President Thapa stressed the need for adequate homework and study on constitution amendment.
